We are seeking trustees to join our dynamic Board at a transformational moment in the history of the company as we become a registered charity.
This is an exciting time for the Bureau of Silly Ideas (BOSI) - financially stable as an Arts Council funded NPO with a small, high performing team developing and delivering extraordinary national and international outdoor arts. If you’d like to come on board, support us to spread silly ideas and make an impact to people and communities across the UK we’d love to receive an expression of interest from you.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
All trustee roles are generalist, but we are especially seeking trustees with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Business Development and Fundraising. Previous experience in a governance role is helpful, but certainly not essential as you will be supported through an induction.
We welcome applications from candidates with the relevant skills and experience to undertake the role effectively, who have an interest in and understanding of the arts and who are eligible to act as a charity trustee. We are also committed to increasing the diversity of the Board and to recruiting Trustees who are currently under-represented, especially people from a BAME background.
We are still seeking a Chair for the Board if you think this could be you - BOSI Chair profile

Expressions of interest in becoming a Trustee should be sent, along with a CV, to firstname.lastname@example.org
