We are expert in developing new audiences - often these are the people on a heritage site’s doorstep!
At the Bureau of Silly Ideas, we champion heritage and community cohesion through art. We work ambitiously with heritage partners around the UK to weave local experience and unheard stories into large-scale immersive projects that inspire civic pride and build social capital. We make art that celebrates history, actively harnessing the power of the past to positively construct the a shared future.
Over the years, we've discovered that sometimes the hyper-local community is the least involved in heritage buildings. That's why we've developed a range of community engagement programs to get everyone involved in the heritage experience.
Whether you want to increase your offer for visitors or neighbours, we're experts in getting people who don't normally engage with heritage into your world. Let us help you share your heritage story in new and exciting ways.
