CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
Co-designed by Ethical Events Academy and Club Silly, Out Da Box workshops offer a chance to find out about different roles in event production and learn from professionals working in the creative industry. You will get hands on experience of working on a range of live local events and develop specialised 'backstage' industry skills.
This new partnership between Ethical Events Academy, Club Silly and Ecosystem Coldharbour allows us to offer up to 20 FREE places on creative masterclasses for 14 - 24 year olds interested in careers in the events & media industry. All workshops are free but places are limited and priority will be given to those living in Lambeth.
Out Da Box workshops will run from January till March 2024.
Ethical Events Academy is also offering additional places for emerging artists and performers through their creative “Level Up” courses. For more details on Level Up email info@ethicaleventsacademy.org
Club Silly thrives as a community of artists, technicians, production staff and audiences. It’s a safe and supportive environment, somewhere you can come for a chinwag, a chill-out, or be cheeky. We incubate new work from emerging and under-represented voices in the arts through access to space, equipment, expertise & mentorship, and platforming at our Club Silly performance nights.

11th Jan · Out Da Box Online Induction and Open Audition (5 - 6pm)
17th Jan · Introduction to Event Management / Creative Careers: what jobs are there on both sides of the stage? (4 - 7pm)
24th Jan · Stage lighting - practical experience of operating equipment led by professionals (4 - 7pm)
31st Jan · Stage sound - practical experience of operating equipment led by professionals (4 - 7pm)
2nd Feb · Club Silly Performance Night - your chance to showcase your new ‘backstage’ skills
