Heritage
We help heritage partners grow new audiences by turning local history into bold, welcoming experiences—especially for the people living right on the site’s doorstep. Through large-scale immersive projects and community-led engagement, we surface unheard stories, build civic pride, and create the conditions for stronger community cohesion around the places that matter.

In our experience, the hyper-local community can be the least connected to a heritage building. We change that by designing programmes that feel approachable, surprising, and genuinely relevant—inviting people who don’t normally engage with heritage to step in, take part, and see themselves reflected. From playful participation to deeper story-gathering, we build trust and momentum with communities as collaborators, not just audiences.
Once we’ve listened, learned, and mapped what makes a place tick, we develop large-scale work that can live on-site, be re-presented, and tour—bringing heritage stories into the public realm in ways that are cinematic, funny, and unforgettable. We work with trusts, local councils, community partners, and festivals to create ambitious projects that celebrate the past while actively shaping a shared future.
