Activism
We believe silliness can be a powerful tool for change. Our activism work uses public art to make complex issues feel human, immediate, and shareable—creating moments that spark conversation, strengthen solidarity, and invite people into action without preaching. We collaborate with communities, artists, and campaigners to bring joy and bite to the public realm.

We create participatory experiences that help people talk to each other—strangers, neighbours, decision-makers, and sceptics included. Through humour, surprise, and spectacle, we lower defences and create space for dialogue on themes like community cohesion, political activism, and environmental issues. The goal isn’t just attention; it’s connection, curiosity, and a shift in what feels possible.
Our activism projects are built with others: local groups, youth organisers, artists, and cultural collectives. Sometimes that looks like standing alongside movements we align with; sometimes it’s co-designing a public intervention, training local teams, or supporting artists to lead brave work in their own communities. We focus on creating experiences that are ethical, locally rooted, and designed to leave lasting capacity behind—not just a one-off moment.
