The Street Shows.

The BOSI street shows are small to mid-scale interventions in public spaces. We are regularly playing on/at High Streets, Arts Festivals, Music Festivals, Parks, Shopping Centres and the occasional wedding!
Our BOSI Street Shows are small to mid scale artistic interactions that can take place pretty much anywhere. This is our easily tour-able, rentable repertoire. They are all ready to go, so we can pull one out of the bag pretty quick. They can also be adapted, creating a richer tailored engagement for organisations and communities.
"we are makers of inspired madness and controlled chaos in the public realm"
Our brand new show!
The Armstrong Challenge
Over a century ago, famed inventor William Armstrong threw down the gauntlet to generations to come: to replace coal with renewable energy sources.
We’re throwing that same challenge to the next generation of inventors in the UK, with the best renewable energy source we know - FRUIT!
So bring your pears, your parents, and your pineapples down to this wonderfully fun (renewably-sourced) STEAM-powered installation workshop and we’ll save the world together, one lemon-powered-lightbulb at a time.
Below are a list of our current street shows!

Join the dots, hit the right boxes and squirt a friend, lover, adult, or boring so and so in the face!
Is it a game, is it silly mischief, is it you letting out your inner Dennis & Minnie? Digital play, monitoring and gaming meets real life interaction.

Island Storm a commission from the Without Walls Consortium
Coastal erosion caused the catastrophic loss of a family-run amusement arcade. The survivors are now touring and scratching out a living with what they managed to salvage.
A fun and action-packed seaside arcade, live on your doorstep. You will be moved by more than emotions as you help this surviving family rebuild their watery empire. Expect circus, wet fun, hilarity and stunts as you enter this magical arcade action world.
With water wielding sideshows and compartmentalised individual scenes Island Storm can be commissioned at any size and budget!

WALKABOUT / PARADE
Pie throwing was one of the original Olympic sports. Due to the lack of recognition Pie Throwing now receives, the sport is struggling to find the pie throwing stars of tomorrow.
We at BOSI are on a quest to find them, train them and pass on the secrets of this elusive art form - all in the hope that one day Pie Throwing will again be on the Olympic schedule.
Do you scare easily?
We travel the country extracting the fear pheromones from small mammals. The fear maker is yet to face a pheromone it can’t produce.
Construction apparatus used to be an unsightly thing, making eyesores in our public squares and streets. Thanks to BOSI ugly apparatus can be a thing of the past, our specialist equipment will light up the dullest of building sites.
Turning complaints into compliments.

If it’s ringing you should probably answer it.

Happy with your brightly coloured, throwing things, climbing things, carrying things, building things workforce? We at BOSI understand the disruption and calamity regeneration work can cause and have spent the past 15 years refining our construction methods. Our workers can make a song and dance out of building sites, get the job done and turn it into circus.
Denis may look sinister but he actually loves to dance.
Meet him through October for the spooky season!
He’s never invited to birthdays or Christmas parties so maybe you can be the first to ask him.
